The bottom itself, however, is still piece-by-piece the same as any of the previous Consortium releases, bearing the typical bright green in contrast to the top half’s full black upper. Among hardshell molds almost armor-like in presentation, Primeknit lying as a solid backdrop, and luxe smooth leathers at key points, the kit’s branding is surprisingly minimal, only preferring lateral chainstitch of Yohji Yamamoto’s elegant signature.
