Similar to last year, 2021’s releases have been a mess for lack of a better term. Though everyone was excited to try their hand at this past week’s ensemble of Dunks, most — primarily those in the US — were unfortunately region locked. But, if there’s any silver lining, we’ll receive each option eventually; and in the case of the Dunk Low “Black/White, North America is only slightly lagging behind the EU.
While we can expect an extensive handful of pairs both this month and next, few are as versatile as this “Black/White” edition. Similar to past favorites, the scheme bears the two-toned arrangement with neutrals dressing both underlayers and overlays alike. White foundational constructs the entire design, bearing the signature perforations at the toe, while the Swoosh, eye stay, counter, and toe contrast in a dark black like that of the lining and laces.
