A staple of the 1990s, the Nike Air Trainer SC High has only surfaced sparsely in the subsequent decades. Recently, however, a Georgetown University-friendly “Cool Grey/Obsidian/White” colorway has suggested that the model is poised to re-enter the mainstream sneaker consciousness.
Perforated leather from toe box to ankle panels indulge in a light grey, setting the stage for a bevy of overlays and accents clad in a deep, deep navy. Profile swooshes interpret the color duo in their “White” makeup, which also takes over the bulk of the midsole. Inner lining, TPU eye-stays and supporting components right above the sole unit ensure the connection to the Catholic university is evident. Unlike the similarly-colored Air Jordan 3 from March, the cross training sneaker boasts an icy outsole.

Elsewhere under the Swoosh banner, the Air Max 96 II has recently appeared in a number of non-original styles.
