With models such as the Nike Air Force 1 and the Nike Dunk High, the Swoosh’s “Toasty” collection may become one of the hottest picks for the colder seasons. The pack continues to grow as the Nike Waffle One Premium ditches its usual ultra-fine mesh uppers to get toasty.
As with other propositions within the collection, quilted textiles make up the Waffle One Premium’s base. These army green uppers are complemented by suede overlays and fleece lining under the tongue in a matching shade. A vibrant crimson animated the profile Swooshes, which opts for diamond-patterned quilts instead of the uppers’ striped materials. For more “Toasty” touches, branded tags that read “SNUG” and feature a cloud are attached to the lateral side. Additionally, the fleece insoles features a patch that says “TOASTY”—a common feature among the pack. A green heel piece and Regrind rubber outsole round out the design for a fall-ready style.
