The Nike Air Max Plus has recently joined the Swoosh’s “Move to Zero” initiative by donning outsoles made from Nike Regrind material.

Akin to eco-friendly iterations of the beloved Air Force 1, the forthcoming Tuned Air proposition indulges in a dark color palette. Instead of its signature gradient finish, the mixed-materials upper indulges in a matte makeup. Laces, branding on the tongue and insole, Airbags in the midsole and tread underfoot deviate from the rather tonal arrangement with an eye-catching yellow seemingly borrowed from the silhouette’s iconic “Tn AIR” badge. As aforementioned, the latest take on Sean McDowell’s Air Max-variant features the sustainability-focused Regrind material throughout its tread.

An official Nike.com release date is unknown, but this pair is likely to launch in the first half of 2021. In the meantime, enjoy images of the shoes here below.
